The Amateur Taekwondo Association of Karnataka (ATAK) is a recognized ITF-affiliated martial arts organization dedicated to spreading the spirit of Taekwon-do throughout Karnataka. Founded by passionate martial artists and mentors, ATAK represents a perfect blend of Korean tradition and Indian perseverance.
Our mission is simple to build stronger individuals through discipline, self-control, and respect for others.

To promote equality, respect, and empowerment through the spirit of Taekwon-do. ATAK strives to create a peaceful, democratic, and inclusive society where women and men enjoy equal rights, opportunities, and dignity — both on and off the mat.

At ATAK, every kick, stance, and salute is rooted in timeless values. We believe Taekwon-Do is more than just a martial art — it’s a philosophy that builds discipline, respect, and strength of character. These are the pillars that shape our journey and define who we are, both inside and outside the dojang.
